In short, Deka Mile is the 10 Deka workouts or “Zones” with a 160 meter run in between each zone (1 mile total running) completed for time. The is essentially the Dekafit event with less running. The shorter course format has also allowed for Spartan Race to hold theses events at a wider variety of locations including in the city. This along with a lower price point ($39 in 2021) will open up these events to a lot more people.
