Hey everyone!
My name is Bryan Ellis and I am RunBryanRun. I started trail running and OCR racing in 2016 when a friend and I from Crossfit signed up for our first Spartan Race. From that point I was hooked. I’d never ran more than 10 miles and now have now have multiple podiums and wins in ultra running and OCR. This blog is a guide to the steps and lessons I’ve learned getting here.
