Billing itself as the World Series of Fitness, there’s a lot of hype behind the new fitness startup HYROX. The brand first got my attention though their marketing and appearance on several OCR podcasts. Founded in Germany, featuring indoor events and some big name brand sponsors I found myself asking one question. What is Hyrox Fitness?
To help others with the same question I decided to put together a quick fact sheet about Hyrox fitness. So let’s get to it!
