If you’re looking for a great home workout using equipment that won’t take up too much room, then you have undoubtedly heard of TRX straps (or suspension trainers). The straps that can be hung from a door or your ceiling have been around for years now with many trainers in the fitness industry incorporating them into their programing. The reason they have become so popular is simple… they work. So today we will be looking at a few TRX Workout Plans for Beginners (with videos) that you can do from home.
If you don’t have your own you can build a DIY TRX suspension trainer for under $40 or you can check out some other TRX alternative options for a better price than the brand name TRX strap set.
