Hey everyone, my name is Bryan! I’m a 36 year old fitness enthusiast and currently the #6 ranked elite male in Ultra Obstacle Course Racing (OCR). As of 2017 I had never run more than 10 miles when I signed up for my Spartan Race with a friend. I was hooked instantly. Since then I’ve finished some of the toughest races in the USA qualifying as a pro at the 2018 Worlds Toughest Mudder then placing 10th overall pro (6th male) at the 2019 world championship in Sydney Australia.
I established RunBryanRun.com in December 2018 based on the overwhelming response from the international OCR and local Crossfit community. Going from unknown to placing top 25 in at one of the worlds toughest races people wanted to know more about my training, equipment, and life outside of racing. RunBrynaRun.com was born as a fitness blog focused on OCR, Trail Running, training and adventure travel niches. Since then I’ve gone on to win both OCR and Ultra races and placed 10th over all (6th place male) at the OCR Wold Championship in Sydney, Australia.
Within 8 months RunBryanRun.com has started generating over 1,500+ unique page views per month organically through google. Beyond that my Instagram account has jumped from 400 to 4,000+ followers with an 8%+ engagement rate in less than a year. Receiving more engagement and total likes than the top 5 athletes.
