Spartan Race’s Twister is one of its most recognizable obstacles and was a game changer when introduced in 2016. Twister itself features three sections each with a single bar of grips that rotate (twist) as you proceed along. At a lot of races this obstacle actual features a penalty lap vs burpees because of how many runners op to burpee out of this one.
