1. Power and Position
- Switch the treadmill off and unplug it.
- Raise the walking deck (Frame) if it’s down, and have someone hold it securely.
2. Detach the Storage Latch

- Find the Storage Latch (53) that attaches the Frame (56) to the Latch Crossbar (38).
- Remove the bolt and nut at the top, then the bolt and nut where the latch meets the Base (94).
- Set the latch aside and gently lower the deck.

3. Remove the Latch Crossbar

- Look for the 5/16″ x 3/4″ Screws (4) and 5/16″ Star Washers (11) on the Frame.
- Undo them and slide off the Latch Crossbar (38).
4. Upright Crossbar

- The Upright Crossbar (41) sits between the Left and Right Uprights (89, 90).
- Remove four 5/16″ x 3/4″ Screws (4) plus four 5/16″ Star Washers (11), and pull it free.
5. Base Covers

- Slide the Left and Right Base Covers (82, 83) up the Uprights to expose the bottom hardware.
6. Console Cover

12. Console Cover, Base Covers and Uprights


- Slide up Console Back cover
- Pull the Base Covers (82, 83) fully off.
- Separate both Uprights (89, 90) from the Base (94).
- Carefully thread the Upright Wire (81) through the opening to prevent damage.
3. Loosen & Remove Uprights

- Each Upright (89, 90) is secured to the Base (94) with three 3/8″ x 4″ Screws (7) and 3/8″ Star Washers (13).
- Take these out, supporting the Uprights to prevent tipping.

14. Wheels and Ground Wire
- A 3/8″ x 4″ Screw (7) and 3/8″ Star Washer (13) secure each Wheel (62) and Spacer (63) at the bottom. Remove them.
