Bender is a set of 4 monkey bards that slants up and back towards you forcing you to climb inverted and over the top bar. For a lot of people the trouble is getting their body weight up to the first bar. Check out this great Bender tutorial video that shows a couple ways to complete the obstacle.
Twister is considered one of Spartan Race’s toughest obstacles. A single bar with off set grips that spiral above racers while attempting to get from one end to the other and ring the bell.

The Spartan Multi Rig is often unique to each venue, featuring mix of bars, rings, and ropes to cross from point A to B without touching the ground. Make sure to ring the bell to avoid 30 burpees.
